Balsamic grilled vegetables
I wanted to make grilled vegetables with a twist, so I got inspired to make some balsamic grilled vegetables.
It’s actually a more simple version than some other recipes for this.
Because ain’t no mom on earth got time for 15654 ingredients.
Healthy,vegan and momproof. What more do you want?
For 4 persons
3 red bell peppers
For the balsamic dressing ; mix 1/4 cup olive oil with 3,5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Add some salt and pepper.
Coat your vegetables with the mixture and grill. I grilled them on a grill first until they were half done and then grilled them in the oven for 15 min (200°c). Cuz ain’t nobody got time for all those vegetables on my tiny grill 😂😂.
Grilling time depends on how thick you cut your vegetables and how good your grill works. Mine s*cks so I can’t give an accurate time 😁😂. Bad right??
*I served the vegetables with grilled tofu
